设置Encryped Google为Chrome默认搜索引擎

近来Google.hk和Google.cm搜索经常显示为连接失败，据说这是普遍现象，后发现Https://www.google.com没问题，设置方法很简单:
1. Chrome: Google Chrome Options中的Basics选项卡，Manage Default Search > Add，新增的搜索引擎其Url为：https://encrypted.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=%s ，点击“Make Default”即可；
2. Firefox: 中文版的暂时无解 
我将about:config中的keyWord.URL改成上述prefix，居然解析到encrypted.google.com.hk；
3. Opera中同样设置：Preference > Search中 
爱GOOGLE，爱生活，爱互联网 
爱Windows Live Writer (居然有自动转换表情符)。

需要用https，不是http..你是不是用错了？

请问chrome这样设置以后 会提示 “您原来想要访问的是 encrypted.google.com，但实际上访问的却是标识为 http://www.google.com 的服务器”
这样是正常的么

ps。因为dns污染 我已经手动改过本地host了
